LIVE LIFE HEALTH ASSESSMENT
Each participant registered as part of a corporate package will be invited to take part in the LiveLife Health Assessment. A 5-7 minute online survey that aggregates your Biological Age and Mental Fitness gauge to provide an indicator to measure overall change.
Participants will take the survey twice over a 6 week period to establish a base line and measure the changes as we prepare for and take on the STRYDE4 Corporate Challenge. An executive summary provides the business with aggregated results and recommendations.
